Q: Can I use my own tablet and just download the app?

A: No. Our solution is not an app, but rather a completely integrated care plan assistance solution. It functions as an appliance via our “message center”, which must be visible and ready to communicate at all times. We provide the best tablet configuration for our system and install/test all device connectivity before we ship the system to you. We also monitor remotely for battery status, potential connectivity issues and provide software updates, so you don’t have to worry about it.


Q: How long does it take to get started?

A: We usually ship the system to you within two weeks. This time is necessary for pre-implementation data load and full system connectivity and testing.


Q: Can I use my existing health devices (i.e., weight scale, glucometer, etc.)?

A: You can, but you must enter the health testing scores manually. BT enabled technology prevents manipulation of test scores and eases the burden of incorrect manual health testing score entry. We provide the most up to date devices as part of the solution and for a competitive price. If you already have a glucometer, you may be able to add a Bluetooth transmitter, depending on the model.


Q: Can health stats, like blood glucose, be entered at times other than those already scheduled?

A: Yes. All health test data can be recorded on the tablet at any time.


Q: Is there a “panic/emergency” button?

A: Not at this time.
